This video below features a miracle story of a dog who was paraplegic for three years. Sammi, the Springer Spaniel had to go through surgery to get rid of a bone growing near his spinal column when he was eight years old. Unfortunately, the surgery was not successful; surgeons were not able to remove the excess bone. However, the family was even more devastated because this surgery left Sammi paralyzed from the waist down.
However, his family didn’t give up on him. They took him to California Animal Rehabilitation (CARE) in Santa Monica for treatment. Sammi’s recovery was very slow and doctors in CARE suspected that he would have to live the rest of his life with paralysis. But after months, something incredible happened. On the day when this video was captured, Sammi made a miracle happen. He started to walk on his own and left everyone shocked.
