A service dog is a type of assistance dog specifically trained to help people who have disabilities. The dogs who are selected to become service dogs are trained from their puppyhood in order to make the service more effective. Now-a-days a lot of people are in care of these service dogs who are faithful and loyal to their owners. This video below is a story of a dog who failed to become a service dog but managed to do much more than that.
Ricochet, this pup in the video below is an idol. Even though she failed to become a service dog, she was able to inspire millions of people in the world. Judy, Ricochet’s owner trained her from her puppyhood. But as she grew older, her personality changed and she turned out to be a free spirited, adventurous and rambunctious dog. Judy soon enough realized that Ricochet was not destined to be a service dog. But instead of giving up, she decided to let Ricochet do something much more. She trained her to become a surfing dog.
