This video below features a tear jerking rescue of a small Shih Tzu mama dog named Asha Attie. She was abandoned at a Los Angeles shelter while she was in labor. Poor pup had to go through the child labor on her own. But the most devastating part about it is the fact that she couldn’t feed her newborn pups properly because of the matted hair.
As soon as Bill Foundation got information about Asha, they rushed to the shelter for her rescue. They brought her back to safety. But worried Asha didn’t respond to the rescuers. She was waiting for them to bring in her pups as well. So when they reunited her with her pups, she had the most priceless reaction ever. However, rescuers had to shave Asha’s fur to help her nurse her babies properly.
