Some kids are born to be stars and of course, our vintage queen Shirley Temple tops the list. She started her career as actress in 1932 at the age of three. In 1934, she found international fame in Bright Eyes, a feature film designed specifically for her talents. This vintage clip in the video below is from her movie “Curly Top” where we see Shirley singing and dancing as well.
In the video, we see Shirley in the cutest form possible. This movie “Curly Top” was released in 1935 and was the first four films that Shirley Temple and Arthur Teacher cooperated in; others were Stowaway, Heidi and The Little Princess. This movie was listed as one of the top box office draws of 1935 by Variety.
