Lindsay, this little girl suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a condition that affects the ability to control muscle movement. Because of this condition, she has been in her wheelchair for all her life. But her elder brother Trenton Cochran is very supportive and takes care of his little sister.
The bond between Trenton and Lindsay is unbreakable. In the video, we can see Trenton is looking out for his little sister every single day. He even runs a fundraising marathon every year that supports Lindsay’s treatment. At the end of the video, Trenton admits that Lindsay is his best friend and breaks down as he is very overwhelmed by this fact.
