46 years ago, Elvis changed the words to this song. But he laughed so hard he couldn’t finish it!

Elvis Presley is The King of the music world and no one can take that away from him. He was one of a kind, and there is no one else like him. His amazing vocal and charming personality stopped everyone’s heart. Even now, people idolize him and still love his every song.

This video below features a hysterical performance by Elvis during a grand show in Las Vegas in 1969. He was singing “Are You Lonesome Tonight” in front of a massive crowd, when he decided to alter the lyrics of the song. Instead of singing the line “Do you gaze at your doorstep and picture me there”, he spontaneously changed it and sang “Do you gaze at your bald head and wish you had hair”. Just then, he saw a man in the audience remove his wig and started swaying to the music. The king then just couldn’t control his laugh.
