This cockatoo in the following video is called Gotcha. In the video, we see him sitting with his owner on the veranda and enjoying the view. However, moments later, they see thunderstorm, and this is when we see the real side of Gotcha. As soon as Gotcha sees the thunderstorm and lightening, he starts to have this hilarious monologue. He starts talking non-stop and even goes on to say some comforting words to his owner.
