When Brenda Schmitz was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2011, she knew that she would not be able to make it. But she didn’t let anyone in her family lose hope, she kept the straight face about it. However, 2 years after her death, her husband David Schmitz was delivered with this shocking news; a secret Brenda kept for all those years.
Brenda had written a letter and asked a friend to deliver it to a local radio station, Star 102.5. This radio station is known to grant some Christmas wishes every year and this time it was for Schmitz family. The host of the radio station asked David to make a special appearance in the station but what David didn’t know was the surprise they had prepared for him; Brenda’s Christmas wish letter.
